This Cabernet Sauvignon blend is offering ripe fruit flavors of cherry, black currant, cassis, earth, charred oak and hints of black pepper and natural acidity. The mouthfeel leads to a bold, long, and lingering finish.

AGEING
A portion of the wine is aged on a blend of American and French oak while another portion is maintained in stainless steel.

PAIRING
It can stand proud on its own, or alongside grilled flank steaks and game.
