Made from the Negroamaro grape variety with a minimum of Malvasia nera di Lecce, Villa Mottura Negroamaro del Salento IGT is produced in the eponymous town in the province of Lecce and it has been cultivated in southern Puglia since the 6th century B.C.

Beautiful ruby red color tending to garnet.
NOSE
Intense, ample bouquet of ripe fruit, pepper, almond, blackberry, tobacco and walnut husk, slightly ethereal.
PALATE
The taste is warm and round, velvety, full and harmonious.
AGEING
It ages in French oak barrels for a period of about 4 to 6 months.
PAIRING
Red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
