Soft pressing of the grapes and very short maceration on the skins, with cold settling of the must in order to obtain this semi-sweet rosé sparkling wine.

PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif or with snacks, pizza, spaghetti, salads and ice-cream.
To be served chilled (8°-10°C).
