APPEARANCE
Very intense and bright garnet red.

NOSE
The nose is open and precise with red fruit aromas.

PALATE
Honest and delicious on the entry, this wine is full-bodied, rich, with silky tannins. It shows beautiful structure, with a fruity and elegant finish.

AGEING
Aged in concrete tanks and bottled at the end of the spring that follows the harvest.

PAIRING
Grilled and roasted red meats, rabbit with olives and gnocchis, mild creamy or strong mature cheeses.
