TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 13.5%

APPEARANCE
Deep purplish red.

NOSE
Aromatic nose of raspberries, hints of violet, predominantly spicy with rosemary, black olive and tapenade notes, characteristic of the Côte-Rôtie appellation.

PALATE
Ample and deep palate, woody and spicy flavours and a vanilla final.

AGEING
Ageing lasts 14-16 months, where 80% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, mainly new wood and the remaining 20% in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit and the floral notes, which are a distinctive feature of great Côte-Rôtie wines.

PAIRING
With its spicy and smoky aromas, Côte-Rôtie is easy to match with meat dishes in red wine sauces, lamb, game and soft cheeses.
