This rosé opens on a savory note pops up and it has a mineral-driven palate that brings a little depth to the party.

AGEING
Ageing is carried out in stainless steel vats.

PAIRING
Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with all summer-time dishes (white meat, platter of “charcuterie”, salads, Asian dishes, grills, etc.). Also great for pizza and pasta.
