Since 1630, the Chatelain family has been working the land on the hillsides of Pouilly sur Loire day after day.
Today, in the cuvées of the Chatelain estate, there is all the know-how and the work of the winegrowers, but it is also the transmission from generation to generation (now the 12th) of the love of wine to offer a worked, balanced and very typical wine.
This cuvée has been carefully selected by Vincent Chatelain in on the best slopes of Sancerre. It contains varying proportion of limestone and kimmeridgian clay soils imparting to the final wine a mineral and floral elegance.

Elegant, rich and aromatic nose with exotic fruits flavors of ripe lemon, grapefruit and English sweet notes.

Pleasant aftertaste and well balanced.
PAIRING
Delicious as an aperitif; also pairs well with poultry in cream sauce, fish, shellfish and goat cheese.
