The nose offers aromas of cassis, earth, dark plum, black cherry and blackberry with hints of menthol, cigar and crushed stone.

PALATE
Medium to full-bodied, the palate is crisp and earthy with firm, grainy tannins, for a long, mineral finish.

AGEING
Aged in 60% new French oak barrels for one year.

PAIRING
Excellent with meat first courses, grilled meats, lamb and game. And herbal cheeses.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink from 2020 and until 2029.
