AGEING
For 12 months, 50% in 1-year-old barrels (French oak, fine grain, medium toast) and 50% in concrete vats.

PAIRING
Enjoy this young Bourdeaux red with classic pairings, such as roast lamb, venison, duck breast or beef-based dishes.
