APPEARANCE
Dense ruby colour enriched by purple reflections typical of Pauillac.
NOSE
On the nose, it releases fresh and ripe nuances of black fruit.
PALATE
Fruity with sweet tannin and medium body, more juicy and fruit forward than complex, which can be reached over the next 5 years.
AGEING
The wine is aged in 50% French new oak barrels for between 12 to 15 months, depending on the vintage.
PAIRING
Château Pibran is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, roasted, braised and grilled dishes.
Château Pibran is also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta.
READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now or over the next 5-8 years but it can last for 15 years or more.
