APPEARANCE
Deep and lively garnet color.
NOSE
The nose quickly reveals a great complexity thanks to the black currant, sweet orange peels and spice aromas brought by the Petit Verdot, used for the first time in the blend.
PALATE
A beautiful volume in mouth with ginger bread and mild tobacco notes, typical of the great Pauillac terroir. The tannins, suave and silky, show a beautiful balance between strength, elegance and subtlety.
AGEING
12 to 16 months in 60% new oak barrels.
PAIRING
Best served with barbecue, duck, red meat, game and mature cheeses.
READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now through 2035.
