APPEARANCE
Deep ruby red fairly sustained with garnet.

NOSE
First nose very intense with hints of fresh fruit which evolves to more ripe nuances of jam, violet and prune lightly underscored by discreet notes of vanilla.

PALATE
The attack is supple and evolves into a clear structure but not explosive.
The tannins are velvety and become firmer on the final.
A powerful, fine and elegant wine, with a balanced finish of fantastic length.

AGEING
Ageing for 12 months in French-oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

PAIRING
Beef, lamb, game, poultry.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
At its peak around 2020-2025.
