APPEARANCE
Dark purple in colour.

NOSE
This Cabernet Sauvignon embodies a fruitdriven wine with rich notes of blackcurrant, plum, and morello cherry.

PALATE
Touches of oak, chocolate, and vanilla bean complete the rich round palate. A muscular wine with good layers of spice and a nice dry finish to the tannins. Still plenty of youth and vibrancy in tightly coiled package.

AGEING
Fermentation completed in barrel, with 18 months’ maturation, followed by individual barrel selection.

PAIRING
A good old scotch fillet in peppercorn sauce would be a treat alongside it.
