Conservation over lees during 3 months in order to improve the structure of the wine.

PAIRING
With its light aromatic style and cool serving temperature, Torrontés is an excellent match with Indian and Asian food, such as coconut curries and Thai spice peanut dishes. It goes well also with smoked meat, medium cheese, fish, crab, and sushi.
