NOSE
Intense and expressive. Aromas of apricot, fennel and floral scents.

PALATE
Complex and very elegant. The roundness of the wine is perfectly matched with its freshness. And the finish is expressed on subtly aniseed notes.

AGEING
5 months ageing on the fine lees.
